Our support team is available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 10 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 10 PM via email and WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within Pakistan.

What courier partners do you use?

We ship via PostEx and Trax to ensure timely delivery.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Is free shipping available?

Yes! Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,500.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including COD, credit/debit cards, Net Banking, and PhonePay.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan with a Rs. 200 COD charge. Verification is done via call and SMS.

Are online payments secure?

Can I return a product?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days, but an unboxing video is required. Customers pay a fixed return shipping fee of Rs. 200.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to the original payment source, or to your bank account for COD orders, within 7–14 business days.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are only allowed for wrong or damaged products. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing exchanges.
